Thinking Maps

Thinking Maps is a language of eight visual patterns each based on a fundamental thinking process. Thinking Maps are used individually and in combination across every grade level and curriculum area as an integrated set of tools for life-long learning. This program is an integral part of writing program, Write From the Beginning, at Moffett School. The skills used with Thinking Maps can be done with just paper and pencil.

Below are examples of Thinking Map templates.
